The board exam of class tenth students is over now. Is the period of tension over too ?
No, the answer is no because it's time for them to rub their heads in finalising the stream and the subjects for further studies . Some of you must have finalised these things much before, but, still some time is left to make your best choice . So make no mistake and be wise while choosing the path of your future .

You all have successfully faced the challenge of exam fever but the decision of choosing your stream and your subjects is something that will decide the fate of your career .

2)  Talk to your parents don't get intimidated by their choice and don't try to impose yours either . Respect their dreams and in turn they will respect yours .
3)  Talk to your siblings who went through similar phase of their lives a few years ago .
4)  Search internet for future options in different streams .(Science, Arts, Commerce)
5)  Learn from the experience of your school seniors : what they chose, what they did, what are they doing now etc ?
6)  Try best possible combination of subjects like it isn't mandatory to combine mathematics with physics , chemistry only, if you are good at mathematics and you like arts then combine mathematics with history and geography etc . Nowadays schools are offering numerous combinations, make full use of it .
7)  While selecting the optional subject ( physical education, c++, information practices etc ), consider the difficulty level , scoring criteria, average marks obtained, maximum marks obtained and your ability to perform in the subject .
8)  Don't get carried away by someone's success be particular for yourself , every person is different .
9)  Don't get confused after following every step written above , exercise every option and get best out of it .
10)  Don't take any decision in haste , this decision can make or break your future .
11) Once you have made your final decision, be confident about it and don't get confused , after all you have made this decision after following each and every step from 1 to 10.
